District 2 - Charleston, Logan, Williamson, Sissonsville, Clay and Boone Counties, West Virginia.

District 3 - Princeton, Bluefield, Beckley, Mt. Hope, Lewisburg, Summersville, and McDowell, Wyoming, Summers, Monroe, Pocahontas, Webster, and Braxton Counties, West Virginia.
